Taking the Gospel to the Uttermost Part of the Earth
From October 14–19, our team from Nakkula Ministries traveled to Kotzebue, Alaska—a small town on the western shore of the state and one of the most remote places in America. We went with one purpose: to share the love of Jesus through prayer, healing, and community outreach.
From the moment we arrived, we could sense that God had prepared the ground. We spent our days walking through town, meeting people, and inviting them to the nightly meetings. The response was incredible—everyone we met was welcoming and open to prayer. Thanks to the social media outreach in the weeks leading up to the event, many people already knew we were coming and were eager to experience what God was about to do.
Healing and Miracles in Kotzebue
Throughout the week, we saw the miraculous power of God in full display:
- A woman who had lost strength in her hand regained it instantly after prayer. 🙌
- Another woman’s hearing improved dramatically, bringing her to tears of joy. 😢
- Several experienced what appeared to be legs growing out, heels aligning, and pain disappearing.
- People who had struggled with mobility were able to move freely for the first time in years.
What deeply touched our hearts was how easily the native Alaskan people received from God. Their hearts were open, their faith was pure, and they were ready to believe. Every prayer was met with expectation—and God answered.
Powerful Services and United Ministry
Each evening, the meetings were filled with worship, preaching, and healing ministry. Pastors Scott, Neal, and Jeffshared powerful messages that stirred faith and hope in everyone present.
A special highlight was the partnership with Pastor Neal, a dedicated minister in Alaska whom we connected with through ARMI (Association of Related Ministries International). His years of evangelizing among Alaska’s native tribes and his testimony of countless miracles made him a vital part of this mission’s success.
Our ministry team worked together in unity, preaching the Gospel, laying hands on the sick, and watching God confirm His Word with signs following.
Faith in Action: God’s Love on the Move
People traveled from surrounding areas—some even flying in from Noatak, 65 miles away—to attend the meetings. The hunger for God’s presence was tangible.
As one speaker shared during the week, “God created us to be messengers for Him.” That message became our heartbeat. We saw firsthand that when we step out in obedience, God moves powerfully. Doors opened both literally and spiritually, and hearts were transformed by His love.
The Harvest in Alaska Is Ripe
By the end of the week, our team received multiple invitations to visit other nearby villages and towns—many of which can only be reached by plane. The need and hunger for God’s Word in these remote places are enormous, and we are excited to continue this work across the Last Frontier.
Every testimony from Kotzebue reminds us of one powerful truth: nothing is impossible with God. ✨
Be a Part of the Mission
This was only the beginning of what God is doing in Alaska. We are planning future trips to continue spreading the Gospel, discipling new believers, and witnessing more miracles.
You can help make this possible! Your prayers and financial support allow us to go further and reach more people with the Good News of Jesus Christ.
